Preparation Day

"See that all these things are done in wisdom and in order; for it is not requisite that a man should run faster than he has strength. And again, it is expedient that he should be diligent, that thereby he might win the prize; therefore, all things must be done in order". ( Mosiah 4:27 )

Monday is an exciting part for every missionary not because it's our P-day but it's our day to prepare so that we can give full attention to proselyting during the rest of the week. We take care of our personal needs such as writing to our family, washing clothes, getting a haircut, cleaning our apartment, shopping and washing the car if we have been assigned one to use.

Every p-day that we have, we do something fun and cool like playing sports at the field or at the Chapel, bushwalk, fishing and etc. These are some of the stuffs that we do during our p-day.

1. Bushwalk at the Blue Mountains:

On our preparation day, we still wear our regular missionary clothes in public. If our clothing is not appropriate for a specific activity, we make sure that we maintain a clean modest appearance. Something that we do as missionaries is we still look for opportunities during our p-day to find people to teach.
